Aspiration and achievement are the most important things for ensuring young people grow up to realise their full potential. We want all young people to have a sense of purpose. We also want them to have healthy relationships with each other and their communities, and therefore to have a sense of belonging, and to feel they have a respected place in our society.
The Department is working across Government, with local authorities, voluntary and private partners, and young people’s organisations to develop a new framework for understanding the role of services for young people. This section contains information about this work
