• The UK Nordic Baltic Summit took place on the 19 and 20 January 2011. Prime Minister David Cameron welcomed Prime Ministers from the five Nordic and three Baltic countries to the Summit which was also be attended by policy innovators and business leaders from the UK and the Nordic-Baltic region.

    The meeting, the first of its kind, brought together Prime Ministers, policy innovators, entrepreneurs and business leaders from the UK, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania to discuss how best to boost economic growth, enterprise and job creation while improving people’s wellbeing. Delegates were asked to share examples of policy and business innovation during the Summit.
