Leaflets and forms

Forms and Leaflets-PolaroidLeaflets and forms are some of the key interactions that local authorities have with electors, so it's important to put thought into making them informative, attractive and accessible.

We've got examples of many of our own forms, which you can also order in hard copy, or use the artwork as a basis for your own creations.  There's also guidance on how to produce your own materials, and how to ensure they are compliant with disability guidelines.

As with many areas, a key point is to collaborate with your local communications or media team, as they will have experience of communicating with local communities.

Finally, it's always a good idea to test the draft materials with their target audience, and see if any improvements can be made.
