Regulatory Impact Assessment Code

Section 76 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 provides that the Welsh Ministers must make a Code of Practice setting out how and in what circumstances they intend to carry out Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIA) when making Welsh subordinate legislation.
