Special educational needs and disability: towards inclusive schools

In 2003, Ofsted reported on good practice in catering for pupils with special educational needs in mainstream schools. This report examines the extent to which the inclusion framework has had an impact more generally on the capacity of schools to cater effectively for a wider range of needs.
