Ofsted Complaints Adjudicator: Annual Report 2001

The Ofsted Complaints Adjudicator is available to offer an impartial view where individuals or institutions feel Ofsted has handled their complaint poorly or treated them badly or where they consider that Ofsted’s conclusions in the matter are unfair in the light of the relevant evidence. The external adjudicator post was established in accordance with guidance given by the Citizen’s Charter Complaints Task Force and the Citizen’s Charter Unit in the Cabinet Office.
