His Honour Judge Robert Michael Fysh QC retires as a Senior Circuit Judge (Judge of the Patents County Court) and Chairman of the Copyright Tribunal on 2 August 2010.

His Honour Judge Fysh QC (70) was called to the Bar (I) in 1965 and took Silk in 1989. He was appointed as a Deputy High Court Judge in 1998, as a Senior Circuit Judge (Judge of the Patents County Court) in 2001 and Chairman of the Copyright Tribunal in 2006.
