Important Information

Checking progress of a claim

You can access MCOL 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to view the progress of your claim or the claim against you.

The site is only updated however, during business hours so any requests made outside those times will not show up until the next update within business hours.

At the end of some stages of the process you will be able to print a copy of the document for your own records, e.g. claim form, warrant, defence etc. You can also save each stage of the process before completion and return to it at a later date for completion and submission.

In the case of a new claim, however, any incomplete request will be deleted automatically from the system after 28 days.
