Bulk Centre Complaints Procedure

Should you wish to make a complaint regarding any aspect of service that you have received from the Bulk Centre, you should in the first instance address this to the Section Manager:

Your complaint will be answered within 10 working days.

If a complaint is escalated, then it will be answered by the Bulk Centre Manager.

Complaints Analysis

The HMCS national target for replying to complaints within 10days is 90%. From April to December 2009 the County Court Bulk Centre has achieved 97.5% from 351 complaints. As a result of improving our services we have also witnessed an increase in the amount of feedback and praise.
