Crime in England and Wales 2008/2009

Following an HMIC quality assurance inspection which concluded with the report ‘Crime Counts’, forces were allowed to provide revised figures for 2008/09.

Revised recorded crime figures submitted by forces prior to the publication of the quarterly bulletin on the 22nd October 2009 are now reflected in the Excel spreadsheets on the main annual bulletin page (link).
