The Advisory Committee on the Microbiological Safety of Food (ACMSF) is seeking four new specialist members: a food retailer, an epidemiologist, a virologist and a food microbiologist.

Tins of Mas-River branded Fried Dace are being recalled by the UK importer Oriental Merchant (Europe) Ltd, because the product is from an unapproved establishment in Malaysia and high levels of histamine have been found in one batch.
