Law Commission
New programme of law reform
- Commissioners will review all the proposals arising from the recent consultation before drawing up a list of potential projects for the Eleventh Programme.
- We are grateful to all of you who have sent us your ideas. The consultation period is now closed.
- As set out in the Law Commissions Act 1965, the Lord Chancellor will decide the final contents of the Programme. We expect this to be in early summer 2011.
