Law Commission

New programme of law reform

Commissioners will review all the proposals arising from the recent consultation before drawing up a list of potential projects for the Eleventh Programme.
We are grateful to all of you who have sent us your ideas. The consultation period is now closed.
As set out in the Law Commissions Act 1965, the Lord Chancellor will decide the final contents of the Programme. We expect this to be in early summer 2011.
