The Government's response to the Joint Committee on Human Rights' Fifteenth Report of Session 2009-10

This paper sets out the Government’s position on the implementation of human rights judgments from the domestic courts and the European Court of Human Rights. In doing so, it responds to the Joint Committee’s Report and the recommendations made in it.
