Salary: Starting at £15,935 with the potential to rise to £18,529 in time. (Pro rata)

Fixed Term Appointment - 50 weeks

Reduced Hours: 30½ hours per week
Evening Work pattern: Monday to Thursday 16.00 - 2200 and Fridays 15.30 - 22.00
(Minimum of 20 hours per week can be considered).
Suitable for job-share.

The role holder will need to undertake the timely creation and update of HR records for a varied client base delivering a consistently high degree of accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as the role holder will be in regular contact with customers

Duties may include:
1. Creating and updating HR records
2. Producing letters / Contracts of Employment
3. Ensuring Policy adherence
4. Query Resolution - relating to aspects of transactional HR
5. Supporting the HR Contact Centre during busy periods
6. Dealing with numerical calculations
7. General ad hoc office duties
