Welsh language scheme consultation

We have released a draft Welsh language scheme (Welsh, bilingual and English versions available) and consultation document as part of a consultation exercise. We are required to consult with interested parties to obtain their thoughts and opinions on our draft Welsh language scheme so that we might take these views into account before the scheme is returned to the Welsh Language Board for final approval.

The result of this consultation will be published on our website by 19 May 2011.

We consider applications for incidents of personal injury in England, Wales and Scotland and we have adopted the principle that, in the conduct of public business in Wales, we will treat the English and Welsh languages on a basis of equality.
