You can sign up for free email alerts by going to our registration page. As a subscriber, you will get all the latest information and news sent directly to your inbox soon after it appears on the websites of our contributing departments, agencies and public bodies.

You can receive your email alerts daily, twice daily or weekly, on the day of your choice. You can choose to receive your alerts according to subject, department, information type or region. Some of these categories include sub-categories so you can choose only the ones that are relevant to your work.

You can choose whether you want to receive a full summary of each consultation, publication and related link in your email, a short summary of these items or just titles with links.

You can also sign up for priority emails. These emails include news or information that we think you might want to see immediately. Finally, you can choose to receive a reminder in your email alert whenever a consultation deadline is near.

You can unsubscribe from the service at any time by going to the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any info4local email alert.  Alternatively, you can log in to your account by going to the email alerts page or by selecting 'Email alerts' from the top of this page. Then enter your email address and password into the ‘Unsubscribe’ section.

We always appreciate feedback from users. You can contact us or select 'Contacts' at the top of this page to let us know what you think about the info4local email alert and how you think we could improve our service.
