Copyright and permitted use

Becta has recently adopted the Open Government Licence. This now replaces our copyright statement for Becta produced assets, other than for the use of Becta’s logo, video material, photographs and web based systems.

Use of the Becta logo

You may not use the Becta logo without permission. The Becta logo is reserved for Becta's own activities, and for use by those working in partnership with us. You should never take a screen grab of the Becta logo.

Use of Becta video and photography

Becta video and photography can only be re-used if it is maintained in its original state for its original purpose, thus should not be adapted in any way.

Replication of Becta web based tools and services

Becta retains Intellectual Property Rights of its web based systems. The technical infrastructure of these cannot be re-produced / re-purposed in any way.  

The content within these systems is included within the scope of the Open Government Licence.
