Founded in 1981, A&B Glass is an award winning manufacturer of PVC-U windows, doors and conservatories operating in four divisions including retail, national trade, new build and commercial. The company is located at Sudbury and has a total of 90,000 square feet of manufacturing and administration facilities.

Working with Training Quality Standard certificated training provider West Suffolk College enables the company’s staff to work towards NVQs, and take up additional training including team leadership, management and IT. The wide range of training provided helps the company achieve significant successes such as increased productivity and orders.

The College also helps by managing the training to ensure all employees’ needs are met.
