Customer Satisfaction Survey

To help us make sure that we are maintaining our standards and to highlight areas for improvement, we have set up an Index of Customer Satisfaction. This is based on customers perceptions of our performance in relation to specific factors of their choosing and is tested by quarterly satisfaction surveys.


We always aim to satisfy the needs of our customers as efficiently and as economically as possible, but we realise that sometimes things do go wrong. When they do we will put them right as soon as possible.
