The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has headquarters in London and York.

The CPS is organised into 14 Groups, plus CPS London, each overseen by a Group Chair, a senior Chief Crown Prosecutor. In addition CPS Direct provides out-of-hours advice and decisions to police officers across England and Wales.

We aim to continually improve our service and to do that we need your help. Whether you have had a good or bad experience with us we want to hear from you.
