The East Midlands Design Action Programme supports funders and local planning authorities in prioritising and promoting high quality and sustainable design in new developments.

It includes training events and seminars for local authority officers and design champions and has engaged with several sites and strategies including Kettering East, Wellingborough town centre, Priors Hall, Evolution Corby and Weldon Park.

This project is a CABE regional pilot and is jointly funded by CABE, the East Midlands Development Agency and Arts Council England.
