Ashford ring road

CABE enablers supported the ongoing improvement of two stretches of Ashford’s ring road.

Blackburn with Darwen open space strategy

Blackburn with Darwen Council's open space strategy for was completed in March 2006 with enabling support from CABE.

Eastside city park

CABE’s enablers helped Birmingham City Council run an international design competition for a city centre park.

Gillett Square, Hackney

Gillett Square forms part of Dalston Town Centre and was selected in 2002 as part of the Mayor of London's 100 public spaces programme.

Harlow Town Park masterplan

The redevelopment of Harlow Town Park is taking a masterplanning approach thanks to the involvement of CABE’s enablers.

Mersey Waterfront spatial strategy

CABE’s enablers helped Mersey Waterfront regional park to develop its sub-regional spatial strategy in 2007.

The River Nene Regional Park is a partnership which drives the environmental and green infrastructure agenda in Northamptonshire. It operates within the East Midlands and nationally in an advisory capacity.

Stamford Gateway

CABE’s enablers helped Stamford Vision organise an international design competition that led to the redevelopment of Stamford’s Sheep Market and Red Lion square in 2007.

Tees Valley green infrastructure strategy

The green infrastructure strategy for the Tees Valley was developed with the help of CABE’s enabler Nerys Jones. £3m has been secured over the next three years to fund implementation.
