Organogram and senior salary information
As part of the government’s commitment to greater transparency of public information we have published a set of information which is comparable to that being published for the Civil Service and other government organisations.
The information gives details of our organisational structure together with information on the salaries paid to our senior managers.
We have used the Hay job evaluation method to place roles in one of four broad bands within our overall structure. Details of these broad bands are shown in the data we have published. The job evaluation is also used to identify where each role sits on the pay scale and the pay range for our current roles are also shown in the datasets. Individual movement above the entry point for each pay range is determined through a performance related system based on an individual’s achievements against annual objectives. There are no automatic pay increments.

A diagram which shows the overall structure of CABE, including the names of senior staff, their directorates and the numbers of Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) by grade in each directorate.

A data file which contains the names, job titles, functions and email addresses for CABE's senior management team.
- Senior staff pay (CSV)
A data file which contains the names, job titles and pay information for CABE's senior management team.
- Other staff information (CSV)
A data file which contains information about number of FTEs by grade and payscale in each of CABE's directorates.
