Sign-up for hands-on health seminars

14 May 2006

Our seminars are an opportunity to learn about what makes a successful healthcare building.

In the week that CABE is taking a closer look at the relationship between health and the built environment, we are also launching a series of seminars across England and Scotland looking at the lessons learnt from our latest campaign, Designed with care.

These free one-day seminars offer you the opportunity to learn lessons about what makes a successful healthcare building, to explore how a selection of exemplary health facilities have succeeded, and hear presentations from experts and clients.

The seminars series is launched in Birmingham on 6 June in partnership with MIND and moves to Leeds on 21 June, to Luton on 12 July, Glasgow on 13 September in partnership with Architecture+Design Scotland and finishes in London on 19 October.

Seminars will be of particular interest if you are involved in the planning, development, procurement and management of healthcare facilities at the neighbourhood level. If you are about to embark on new healthcare facilities in your area then attendance is highly recommended.
