We reviewed the original planning application for this scheme on 28 April 2008.

We have now considered the additional information provided in relation to the detailed design of the structure, construction and material quality of the Cor-ten wrap. We believe the cladding strategy and the subsequent decisions in respect of illumination are well considered. We applaud the decision to separate the stair/water tanks element. In overall terms we regard the architecture of this building as robust and appropriate to its function.
