Certificates Services is committed to providing a high quality certificate ordering service at all times. However, we do accept that sometimes things can go wrong. If we make a mistake, we want to put it right as quickly as possible.
If you are not happy with the service you have received, please complete the following online form and we will reply to you within ten working days.
If you made an order online you will have been given a COL reference number. This can be found in the order confirmation email sent to you by GRO
You will have been given an account number if you made an order via the telephone. You can also find this number on the shipping note with any previous orders you have received
