Stakeholder Services

We use 'stakeholders' as a catch-all for organisations that that stand to benefit from the work of the Identity & Passport Service - and for those with whom we can learn and interact. Key stakeholders may include financial organisations and legal services professionals - yet it is not limited to these.

Many of our most engaged stakeholders are in the private sector and that includes high street retail and online banks, insurance companies and mortgage intermediaries. This sector is growing rapidly as we create partnerships in the scientific, educational and marketing fields; talk to photographic services providers; and explore many more partnership and knowledge-exchange opportunities.

In the public sector, stakeholders include the Department for Work and Pensions, the Criminal Records Bureau, and other government organisations such as the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and UK Borders Agency.
