Essential Maintenance Work

IPS will be carrying out essential maintenance work in February 2011 which will affect some of our services.
- There will be no appointments available at any IPS offices on 12 February 2011. This affects appointment for passport interviews and the Fast Track one-week and Premium one-day passport application services.
- The passport interview appointment booking line will not be available between 12 and 13 February 2011.
Passport applications sent by post are not affected.
Appointments are available at our Passport Offices on the days before and after this work. IPS will be monitoring the situation and are confident that the disruption to our customers will be kept to an absolute minimum.
If you are travelling urgently you should call the Passport advice line on 0300 222 0000 for further advice.
IPS advises customers not to book any travel arrangements until they have received their new passport. IPS cannot accept responsibility for travel you book before you have received your new passport.
