Juniper House

Jeremy Stacey Architects have designed a mixed use development for the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk that incorporates houses, flats, an office building and a public garden.

The development is both complimentary to the surroundings and environmentally sustainable.

The judges said:

"This is a very good example of creating a new mixed use building in a conservation area for two councils. Juniper House shows a very serious attempt to create a low-energy building. The scheme also incorporates an impressive public garden. It fits in to King's Lynn without being a kitsch copy of an existing building."
