Trinity Watch provides homes for rent in an area where second homes have inflated house prices, creating high demand for social rented accommodation.

The integration of affordable houses with the rest of the scheme has been achieved through the use of identical materials and detailing throughout. Rosemullion Homes informs prospective buyers that the street includes social rented housing and those who are uncomfortable with this are encouraged to look elsewhere.

The affordable housing includes a unit for a disabled tenant and most of the market homes have been bought by local people, often moving from older houses. In the words of one owner, “I love the eco-efficiency of the houses, the individuality of all the houses despite being within a development.”

Although Trinity Watch is on the edge of St Ives there is easy access to a well equipped leisure centre using the footpath. This also leads to a bus stop with a regular service to the town centre. The shops, railway station and schools are within half a mile.
