Sulzer Redevelopment

Description

  • Project type: Mixed use redevelopment of a former industrial site into mixed use urban areas. Uses include flats, service industries, light industrial, shopping, leisure and educational facilities (including higher education). A large proportion of the existing building stock will be maintained and converted.
