Charter Quay

Design process

Having purchased the various parcels of land forming the site, developer St George initiated considerable local consultation. Planning approval was obtained for a scheme by John Thompson and Partners in 1998. PRC Fewster was responsible for contract information (two architects were used to speed up the time taken to design the project). Following an archeological investigation of the site, construction was carried out by the contracting arm of the developer.

The Residents' Association work with Peveral OM to ensure the efficient on-going management of the project.
