Long blocks are arranged to project the open space behind. Materials have been chosen to be sympathtic to the existing estate

The high density site achieves significant open space between the blocks, unifying the new estate with the older adjacent site

An expressed steel structure and high level brick cladding system

The houses and flats range in size and are arranged in three blocks round a communal area. There is an all-weather sports court, with car parking.
