The tables in the links to the left show IPS' performance against its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

IPS key performance indicators for 2010/11 financial year:

  • Achieve a Customer Satisfaction Rating of at Least 95%
  • Deliver 97% Of All IPS Products To Agreed Service Standards
  • Demonstrate Year On Year Reductions In Unit Costs
  • Detected Fraud To Represent at Least 0.176% of Passport Application Intake
  • Achieve a Minimum Standard Of 58% on the Staff Engagement Index
