Anish Kapoor Delhi Mumbai
The first-ever exhibition of Anish Kapoor in India has opened at the National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi and the Mehboob Film Studios, Mumbai. The displays feature a selection of sculptures and installations spanning the breadth of his career, from early pigment-based works to his most recent wax installations.

My City launches in Turkey
Five prominent European artists, including the former Turner Prize-winner Mark Wallinger, have created new public artworks in various cities across Turkey as part of My City. The project aims to spark dialogue between Turkey and the European Union at a crucial time for debates about Turkey’s accession to the EU.

An exhibition of innovative and controversial contemporary art from the British Council Collection, selected by Chinese curators alongside our Visual Arts team, will tour to Chengdu, Xi’an, Hong Kong, and Suzhou in China during 2011/12.
