Low carbon financing

Posted 12 May 2008 by David Miliband  |  3 comments

Jeremy Paxman challenged me last week over the EU emissions trading scheme (ETS). You can make up your own mind. But before you do so note that carbon trading was worth 64bn dollars last year - double the 2006 level. The EU ETS was the bulk of this. You can check the figures on the world bank website.
