25th August 2011 - Strongest GCSE results for College students
East Riding College is celebrating its strongest set of GCSE results, with 76.3 per cent of entries passing at A* to C grade and an overall pass result of 98.5 per cent.
The result is above the national average of 69.8 per cent and that for Yorkshire and the Humber, which is 65.4 per cent.
22nd August 2011 - Higher education students love East Riding College
Higher education students have given their East Riding College course a big thumbs up as part of a national survey.
The National Student Survey, carried out by the Higher Education Funding Council for England, drew responses from about 265,000 final year students at 154 higher education institutions and 99 further education colleges.
18th August 2011 - Students celebrate 100 per cent pass rate
A-level students at East Riding College are celebrating after they all found out they passed their course today, with many achieving the highest grades possible.
Those taking courses at AS and A2-level included some doing so as a standalone part-time course but most did so in addition to their full-time vocational course, such as a BTEC national diploma.
