We’re pleased to introduce the first Technical Note to supplement the TQS Applicant Guide. Focussing on A.5.2. (Impact Employers), the guidance explores what the Standard is looking for in more detail; as well as some additional considerations which will help you evaluate what you are doing at the moment. Regardless of the stage you’re at – whether you hold Certification or are preparing to register for assessment – this guidance will help you better understand the A.5.2 indicator statement and consider what you do to assess your impact on customers’ business needs moving forwards. It’s important to note that Technical Notes do not prescribe how the Indicator should be met; the Standard is non-prescriptive and every Indicator will be assessed in the context of your Strategy.
