Royal Navy

The primary role of the training establishments is to train and retrain Royal Navy personnel for the challenges of life at sea in the 21st Century. This is achieved through specialist training on fully operational equipment, which is identical to that fitted in the Fleet.

The quality of the training is such that it is sought after by foreign Navies and British industry in the form of bespoke courses and apprenticeships. Courses provided by these establishments range from the most basic of training to modern apprenticeships and post graduate degrees which are recognised by professional institutes and awarding bodies throughout the United Kingdom.

It is this top quality training which ensures that the men and women of the Royal Navy are fully prepared for any challenges they will face whilst serving with the Fleet.
