There are some considerations:

  • The Flash player is compatible across all common browsers.

  • Safari (Mac or Windows) does not support Windows Media Player, but supports Flash and Silverlight players.
  • Opera on a Mac supports Silverlight, but Opera on a PC does not support Silverlight, both support the Flash player.
