National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre Leadership
Our flagship programme for children's centre leaders, NPQICL addresses the needs of leaders within multi-agency, early years settings.
The qualification is for leaders or deputy leaders of designated children's centres delivering integrated services. It gives them the opportunity to collaborate across the community and provide seamless, high-quality services for babies, children and families.
Multi-Agency Team Development Programme
The Multi-Agency Team Development (MATD) Programme builds highly effective multi-agency teams through improved individual and team behaviours The primary aim of the programme is to deliver improved working environments and better outcomes for children, young people, families and those working with them by developing effective teamwork that crosses agency boundaries and includes other services and sectors.
Children's Centre Leaders Network
The Children's Centre Leaders Network (CCLN) is a professional learning community for leaders of Sure Start children's centre. Through leadership learning days that take place across the regions, the network supports, develops and challenges leaders with the key aim of improving the life chances and achievement potential of children and families, with a particular focus on the most vulnerable.
Research Associate Programme
The Research Associate Programme provides an opportunity for leaders of children's centres to engage in enquiry and undertake research that will impact on practice.
