Tender opportunities
WRAP is inviting tenders to identify opportunities to reduce product and packaging waste.
Arable crops are key markets for recycled organic products such as compost and anaerobic digestate in Scotland. Wheat and barley are particularly important to the Scottish agricultural economy, since they account for more than 70% of the cropped land area, and it is vital that user confidence in recycled products remains high within this sector.
This document sets out the scope of work that the Waste & Resources Action Programme, trading as Zero Waste Scotland (“ZWS”) in Scotland, wishes to commission. ZWS selects its tenderers through a competitive process and this document describes that process and explains how tenderers may bid for the work described.

The purpose of the work is to establish a framework of consultants to deliver the REMake voucher testing scheme across Wales. This voucher scheme is designed to offer Welsh manufacturing SMEs advice and support to introduce or increase the use of recycled materials in their production, processes and/or packaging.
