You do not need to register to access the majority of the information on this site, however to receive access to advanced features such as the E-librarian service and suggested resources users are able to register on the site. For a full list of registration benefits see the registration page. If you register with the site we will collect personal information about you, which will include your name, e-mail address, ITT institution, role and key stage as mandatory information. Once you have registered you may provide us with additional details (local authority, location and subject interest) in your profile. This is so that we can contact you in a way that is convenient and tailored to your needs if you want us to. If you use the E-librarian service by asking a question then you give permission for the E-librarian to contact you using the email address that you provide. This contact will be to clarify your question, to send you a personal response and to gather feedback about the E-librarian service.
We use information collected about your role and subject interest to personalise your visits to the TTRB.
When registering you are able to select if you wish to subscribe to our newsletters or be contacted in the future with additional information. Newsletters will be emailed out to users who select this option, usually on a termly basis. Users who allow us to contact them in the future with additional information may receive selective information about forthcoming conferences, events or updates which relate to the TTRB.
We may also use your personal data to monitor the use of our website, to record traffic flows and to carry out research about our visitors’ and customers’ demographics, interests and behaviour. We do this to understand our visitors, customers and potential customers better.

Data is accessible via a web-based Content Management System to a limited number of users and access is password protected. We do not disclose any persona data you have given us to any other people or sites, with the following exceptions: We reserve the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and government requests.
