Attendance Advice: Gypsy, Roma and Traveller Children (DCSF, 2008)

This short booklet published by the DCSF in 2008 contains advice and information for teachers, schools, Local Authorities and parents/carers of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller children. The advice clearly sets out the legal requirements in relation to registration and attendance of GRT pupils, explains the use of the T code in registers, and provides examples of good practice for schools and local authorities.
