Community Cohesion

In this area, we intend to gather together a wide range of resources that address the implications of community cohesion for educators.

This will include conceptual frameworks, reviews of evidence, briefings on key terms and initiatives as well as videos of practice and the views of trainees, mentors and experts.

We will also include relevant material from our sister sites; Multiverse and Behaviour4Learning .

# The Islamaphobia, Islam and Education conference was jointly organised by Lynn Revell and Professor John Preston with the ‘Race, Ethnicity & Education’ and the ‘Religious Education’ special interest groups (SIGs) of BERA. The conference aim was to discuss the issue of Islamophobia within British society and explore how Islam is perceived in both society and education.
