Respect for all audit tool

This downloadable audit tool is designed to help teachers and school managers assess their current inclusion practice and work out what their priorities for improvement should be. The tool is an efficient way of checking whether your school is meeting its obligations and fulfilling its legal duties of promoting racial equality.

The tool can be used in several ways. Staff can use it as a self-assessment activity or during INSET and planning. Managers can use it to review and plan policy. It can also be used to provide an overview of priorities during committee and focus group discussions.
