This site was compiled by Paul Gutherson. Paul is a research consultant with CfBT Education Trust and splits his time between carrying out research to support the development of CPD materials, advising and leading research and evaluation projects, design and development of CPD materials, business development and idea generation, as well as conducting research to support other CfBT contracts such as Building Schools for the Future, Learning Outside the Classroom and Young, Gifted and Talented.

Paul has considerable knowledge and expertise related to integrated working and multi-agency approaches to improving outcomes for children and young people, teaching and learning, behaviour for learning and pastoral support, gained through policy research and the development of CPD materials for a range of national initiatives.
