# Teachers TV Resource: The programme focuses on an NQT who was formerly a police officer who is finding that the strategies to elicit compliance which he used in the police force are not always transferable to the classroom. The focus is on low level disruption, and in particular, the difficulties of getting the class quiet and listening at the start of the lesson and at transition points.
