News feeds allow you to see when a website or webpage has added new content. Using RSS you can see these updates without having to visit the website or webpage itself.

How do I subscribe to news feeds?
There are several ways to access and subscribe to news feeds.
These change regularly as the technology evolves but in general you will need a software solution or browser based feed reader.
A webpage or website that is RSS enabled will usually have an orange icon somewhere on the page. The icon may also be visible in the browsers address bar:
