We have appointed a new contractor to run the Defence Solicitor Call Centre (DSCC) service.
Following a competitive tender process we have appointed a new contractor to run the Defence Solicitor Call Centre (DSCC) service.
The new provider, Ventura Ltd, are experts in providing high quality call centre services, and have significant experience of working with a range of both public and private sector clients - from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to RSPCA to Orange.
As well as providing excellent value for money, Ventura has significant expertise in managing call centres, robust and secure telephone communications and computer systems and significant development resources. This allows us to streamline processes and reduce the administrative burden both for our providers and for us internally.
Ventura will take over the contract from First Assist in April 2010. First Assist managed the service for over 10 years and provided a first-rate service.
Changing suppliers presents us with many challenges but we are confident that Ventura will provide a high quality service and increased efficiencies for the Legal Services Commission.
